    KC Crime Commission
    • The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission and the S.A.F.E. program wishes to extend our deepest sympathies to the family, fellow officers and the entire Clinton community on the tragic loss of Officer Gary Michael.  Public safety officers face inherent dangers with the profession but doubly so in today’s world.  They face those dangers everyday with resolve, determination and a wish for nothing more than a to serve and protect their community.  To Officer Michael’s family and all who answer that call to serve, “May God protect and keep you always”.

We are happy to announce the winners of the 2017 Ed Wynn/SAFE Memorial Scholarships.
